Being a blogger, I often have to do video reviews. While I’m still fairly young and my voice is still pretty healthy, I tend to run into the occasional hoarseness, and my voice has been known to crack here and there while shooting a video for my blog, which can be really frustrating! Especially when you’re dealing with IMovie’s latest update to edit your movie! Seriously! Let’s just say I found a product that worked amazingly well for me to not only produce better videos thanks to a clearer, crisper voice, but it also allowed me to yell at my computer better as well!
So what exactly is this magical product? Well my friends, it is Sprouts Herbal Supplement Voice Remedy and it will work naturally to rid the voice of hoarseness as well as open the nasal passage, reduce inflammation, and get rid of the phlem to help you bring about your clearest, smoothest voice! This is an excellent product for anyone who suffers from the occasional hoarseness, and especially for those who perform (Singers, Speakers, Bloggers who often do videos! etc). Hate how frustrating it is to try to talk when you have laryngitis? Keep this on hand and you’ll never have to worry about that again!
Sprouts uses a unique blend of natural safe and effective herbs that will help your voice be the best it can possibly be. It works great at loosening up stubborn phlem and any inflammation that my be causing your voice to be less than perfect. When I tried this, I haven’t noticed phlem but I could feel an “opening” of my throat, so to speak when I used this product. The passage way in my throat felt so much more open and clearer. I was quite surprised to notice this! (Sort of like when you’re sick and you take medicine to clear your throat, and it works and you feel that “ahhh, I can swallow” feeling again).
Sprouts is also kosher and made in a GMP certified facility as well.
Over the last few weeks I got to try out Sprouts for myself and put it to the test. While I don’t sing for anyone anymore (except for myself in the shower or the car) like I said above, I often do video reviews for my blog, so I was super excited to see what this product could do for me as I do tend to experience cracks in my voice every now and then while speaking.
I shot two videos while using my Sprouts, one outside that took actually way more speaking than I thought it would, and where I had to talk a little louder to be sure I was heard through the video, as well as another video I recorded in my home. I took my Sprouts Voice Remedy about 3-4 hours before recording my video. Like I said, within a few hours I noticed the “opening” of my throat. My throat felt clear and free of phlem or inflammation, or anything that would have hindered my voice or caused it to crack. I then shot my videos, and did not once experience anything but my full, natural, clear, voice coming through. No cracking or hoarseness (Even while shooting my long video outside) of any kind!
I’m a complete fan of this product and have loved what it has done for my voice. It gives me more confidence to shoot my videos, and I don’t have to worry about my voice cracking and then having to deal with my horrible video editing software that constantly drives me crazy, to edit it out!
You honestly don’t have to take my word for it though, if you happen to shop on Amazon and always check out the reviews before purchasing, (like I do) you will be amazed to see that Sprouts Voice Remedy has over 103 reviews, and the average rating is 4.5 stars out of 5! That is AMAZING! A lot of which are actual singers and performers and have had great experiences using this product!
Happy Performing and Singing! (Even if it’s just in the car or shower)

Let’s face it, mums are hard workers. Between tackling their own job, providing you with endless support all year round and making sure the house is clean with dinner on the table each night they really know how to keep the house (and you) running. Being a ‘mum’ is an occupation within itself. It requires years and years of putting your own interests and needs before hers and there comes a time where we just need to say thanks.
Spoiling your mum this Mother’s Day is the perfect way to do so. And whilst finding the ultimate gift for her will most certainly show your appreciation, it’s no excuse for neglecting mum the other 364 days! Here’s a few great gift ideas your mum will love this Mother’s Day.
Creating new, spectacular memories is one of the best ways to show someone how much you care. Treating your mum with an experience can make her feel fantastic by giving her the perfect excuse to get out and do something for her. Depending on your mother’s interests, you can opt for an indulgent dining experience, a cruise, a wine tasting tour with lunch, a concert or something more adventurous like horse riding or sky diving – if she’s fun like that!
To make the experience truly special, you’ll need to ensure it’s as easy for her as possible. If you have young siblings that still take up her time, arrange to look after them for her. You can plan for her experience to be one she indulges in on her own, or involve her significant other or yourself too.
Every mum has a hobby that helps them to fuel their personality. Hobbies provide a therapeutic way to detach from a long day and do an activity just for yourself. Thus, it can be a good idea from time to time to encourage others to be get involved in their own hobbies.
Give your mum some hobby inspiration by buying her a gift that reflects her character and interests. Bring out her inner baker with a new mixer or buy a new plant for her garden that she can nurture and care for. For many, getting out in the garden can be extremely relaxing so find what will inspire your mum. Many gift stores too offer a variety of hobby-inspired hampers that can include a number of gifts your mum can utilise, whether it be a gardening hamper, cooking or reading.
There’s nothing like a homemade gift because it really shows you’ve put your heart and soul into it. Remember the days when you would bring a painting home from school you did for mum and how special it was to her? Well, recreating that feeling can still bring a smile to mum regardless of how old you are now!
You don’t have to be a crafty genius to pull this off either. Pinterest is loaded with DIY craft ideas that are very easy to make – even for the beginner. From soothing bath soaks, to body butters, candles, writing journals or photo collages there’s an idea suitable for every mum out there. If all that fails, making your mum breakfast in bed will be sure to kick off her special day in style too. Think mixed berry pancakes with fresh orange juice on the side, eggs benedict for something a little fancy, or breakfast bruschetta complete with spinach and bacon – delish. This article provides some great DIY projects and yummy treats you can use to spoil your mum this Mother’s Day.
After years and years of putting her children first, it’s about time your mum has some real time to unwind. Mums tend to be constantly on the go – especially if you still have younger siblings – so encourage her to indulge in some much needed RnR.
Pamper her by booking a home spa treatment, or buy her a voucher for the local day spa. If she’s a wine lover, a yearly wine subscription can most certainly encourage some unwind time, or the music-lover mum may appreciate the gift of silence (from you and your siblings!) with the latest music headphones.
There’s not many mums out there that don’t enjoy sweet treats. From divine chocolate gifts with carefully thought out packaging, to hampers overflowing with all the goodies you know she’ll love, it’s hard to deny that sweet tooth urge!
Whilst chocolate tends to be the safe bet, you can really impress mum this year with something that truly stands out. This Mother’s Day why not send your mum an edible arrangement of her favourite fruit dipped in chocolate complete with a bunch of flowers? Sending sweet treats and tempting tasty hampers to your mum will make her feel extra special and allow her to indulge in them without saying no. If she doesn’t have a sweet tooth, you can always use this idea to send a cheese and wine hamper or fresh fruit and other treats that don’t have the sugary goodness yet are still super tasty! Complete with a bunch of fresh flowers – you just can’t go wrong.
