Staying organized can be a total pain! Having been in the blogging world for about 6 years now, it’s been a constant struggle to find a good way to keep myself organized. I’ve tried everything from a wall calandar to keeping notes in my Iphone, and yet still often times find myself missing important deadlines and appointments.
Luckily I’ve just recently come across a fabulous way to keep myself organized, and it’s right at my fingertips no matter where I am! The Beautiful Calandar is a beautiful calandar that pops up every time I log into Safari, and shows my must do’s for the day. There’s no missing my calandar this way. I sit down to work each morning, and it pops up to let me know my schedule for the day!
The calandar of course, also syncs to your other IOS devices, including your Ipad and IPhone too! That way, even if you’re not at your computer that day, you can check your Beautiful Calandar from your phone, no matter wher you are, and still stay up to date!
My favorite part of course, is how you can select from several different beautiful designs and themes to make looking at the grueling work day ahead, just a little bit brighter! I of course ended up going with the Beauty template (see below) for my calandar!
Along with being very lovely to look at, the calandar couldn’t be any simpler to use! Just pull up the date you need to schedule an event, title it, choose the time frame, and click add! That’s it, the event has been added to your calandar! You can add events by an hourly time frame, or schedule your event for the full day! You can even sync events from Facebook!
This calandar is indeed a very beautiful and very fabulous way to stay organized and on top of your day! No more missed appointments or deadlines, Beautiful Calandar keeps me on schedule no matter where I may be!

Tell me about it, I’ve been trying to declutter at work. Currently I’m using Carotene a chrome extension that tells me what I need to do daily. It’s great because each time I open a new tab or window, this to do list smacks in my face. My trick is to put only 3 actionable items on it, no vague goals. I find it more motivating to see myself complete things by the end of the day rather than an endless list of tasks that I wasn’t able to finish.
