Being hydrated is number one priority whether you are an athlete, a model or a businesswoman. Water is the source of life and it makes up 95 percent of the human body. It is important that your daily intake is at least 2 liters, and above. If you want to be very hydrated, make sure you drink lots of water in the morning. You will feel better because your organism gets a little dry while you are sleeping. This brings us to the next tip.

Get your beauty sleep

Getting those z’s every day is a must. If you want to be pretty, you need to be well-rested. A lot of women have problems with eye bags, even when they are rested. If you have this problem, you can use one of many creams that will easily solve the problems for you. In case you have them constantly and you get your nine hours of sleep, maybe you can visit your dermatologist.

It is hard to look good when you have just woken up. A great tip would be to get up just a bit earlier before you go to work, wash your face etc. so that going to work is not the first thing you do in the morning.
