For anyone who suffers with acne, you know that most products to help fight acne contain seriously harsh chemicals that while some may get rid of the acne, most will leave your skin feeling incredibly dry, patchy, and well… wrecked!
I’ve tried many different acne products over the last few years and have seemed to find better results with more natural products. AND I never get the super dry, lizard-like skin when using natural products either. 
I was really excited to find out about Habe’s natural line of acne products. They are 100% all-natural and won’t give you the harsh side effects you find in other acne products.
My kit from Habe Naturals contained the lemon and tea tree oil topical solution and the 100% Vegetarian, Herbal capsules. I was excited to try out the capsules as I’ve never taken anything like that before. I also was thrilled about the tea tree and lemon oil topical solution because I’ve been using tea tree oil this last year and have found it to be very beneficial!

I’ve been using these products for about the last two weeks. The capsules are taken three times a day, two capsules each, and my bottle of 100 lasted about 2 weeks. While it was kind of hard to remember to take all those pills 3 times a day, I tried to keep my bottle near my kitchen so I would remember when it came time to eat and for the most part I did pretty good and only missed a few times.

I liked that with the capsules I didn’t have to put anything on my skin, and when you think about it, what we put into our bodies is so important for overall heath, its often is best for our skin too, so it made complete sense to take a supplement to help improve acne.

The topical solution was then applied at night after washing and before moisturizing. Like i said above, I’ve loved using tea tree oil for reducing blemishes and keeping them away. It can be a bit potent and smells strong but I loved that Habe added lemon oil to it to give it a smoother scent. The Oil is so easy to use and you just put a few drops in your hand and smooth over your face.

I loved that the kit was only a topical treatment and some supplements too and not a whole crazy line of a ton of different products used to fight acne. It always feels like to me, that if you’re adding so much to your skin, some of it has got to be canceling out the rest of it!

Overall, I loved using these two products together. I love that they are all natural and my skin did not experience any harsh side effects at all. My skin did not get dry or itchy in the least. I like the idea of using a supplement to help fight off blemishes from the inside.

While In the course of trying these products I did not notice a whole lot of  improvement with my skin yet, I would love to continue using these products for longer to see what kind of results I can get, You can’t go wrong with using all natural instead of products containing bleach and scary chemicals that can do some serious damage to your face over time. I love and have used tea tree oil for awhile now so I know how beneficial it can be to the skin and for fighting off blemishes.
