I Lost a Whole Pant Size and Found a Happier Me In the Process: Hot, Moody, Mess Review

Summer is here and some of us may be a little less than excited to get into our bikini’s. I know I wasn’t always on board. Years ago after college, I put on an extra 30 pounds or so, and it made me completely self-conscious this time of year. Luckily I was able to shed the pounds rather quickly, and for good, by eating right and working out.

Because I lost my weight by doing those two things and not getting much help anywhere else, I’ve always kind of laughed at diet programs. I have never waisted my time or money on them because I have never seen them work for anyone. I know from my own experience, if you just start eating healthier and moving more, the pounds will eventually come up.

Well a couple months back, I ran across the H3:60, Hot, Moody, Mess program that claims to deliver a happy, healthier, hotter you in just 60 days! At first I thought to myself, ok, this is just some gimmicky diet program, but when I started researching into it, I found that it is anything but. In fact, you can’t call it a diet program at all. It is quite the opposite. No one in this program will tell you what foods you can eat and what foods you can not eat. Instead you will learn what foods are better to eat, and learn how to start crowding out the bad foods by eating more of the good stuff.

When I got the opportunity to try it out for the last 2 months, I was super excited to see just what happier, healthier, and hotter me I could actually get out of this program!

What intrigued me most was the happiness aspect of this program. I’m pretty much my ideal weight, so when I found that this program was promising to help you find your happier self, I jumped right on board. What I didn’t expect, was to also lose a pant size in the process! More on that in a bit!

When I started the program, I thought to myself, Ok i’ve been eating healthy and working out regularly for the last 10 years or so, I’m pretty sure I won’t get anything new out of this program, so I’m just going to focus on the happiness aspect.

In the beginning it does focus more on the happiness aspect, but what I wasn’t expecting was to actually get bombarded with very helpful and useful information for eating right and feeling better as well. I started printing out the weekly recipes, workouts, tips, tricks, and all the other good information you get each week from the program, and I was actually astounded with all of the wonderful and useful knowledge I was getting from these two very knowledgeable, very supportive certified health coaches.

Each week during the program I was eating better, working out more often, and making better overall health decisions. I was also feeling happier. Not necessarily because I was feeling better, but because I was learning tips from the program, on how to find my happiness, as well as getting some great reading and other supplemental materials on nutritional therapy that have really helped my brain balance itself out, which in turn has made me start my day in a much better mood, as well as look for the things to be grateful for in my life.

During the program, I started to realize I really wasn’t being as healthy as I could, in fact, I didn’t realize how much processed food I was actually eating. Through the Hot, Moody, Mess program, I got into juicing, and eating a whole cart full of fruits and veggies each week. I got dozens of wonderful new super healthy, super yummy, easy, and quick to make recipes that I have actually wanted to make instead of reaching for my unhealthy processed TV dinner. I’ve found that starting my day making better food decisions has really helped set each new day off for success, I was making much better health decisions throughout my day.

Along with wonderful information, you also get one-on-one time with the coaches, so I was getting very helpful, personal information just for me, to help me overcome my own obstacles. You also get group support by participating in group calls every other week, so you can see how the fellow group members are doing, and feel that extra support everyone of us needs for helping us reach our own personal goals.

During the last week of the program, you are encouraged to go on a  7 day detox. I’ve never done a detox before, so I was completely thrilled to try it out. I loved that this program helped me set myself up with the tools I needed, and all the information, as well as support, to help me get through it. I found it tough the first few days, but it got easier. I was skeptical of the detox, but after learning exactly how beneficial it can be to the body to get rid of toxins that have been stored up in there for who knows how long, it really sets you up for a healthier, happier journey.

When I came out of the detox, I had unexpectedly lost a few pounds, AND a whole pants size! I was thrilled!

I can go on and on about this program, but you really need to try it out for yourself. I promise you, this program has something that will benefit everyone! Like I said, I thought I was super healthy and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to eating right and staying fit, but I learned so many different things, tips tricks, useful information, recipes, etc, that has really empowered me on my healthy living journey!

Knowledge is key after all, and I firmly believe the best success we can have for improving our bodies and minds, is by being given that knowledge to succeed. This program will help you do just that and more! You also may find some extra benefits along the way too, just like I did!
