Luxquisite Leave In Tensile for Hair Review + GIVEAWAY

It’s that time of year where you start to realize just how bad you need a pedicure, thanks to all that flip-flop wearing all summer long, and just how badly your hair is in need of repair, thanks to all the sun and chlorine it’s seen too!
I know this time of year tends to be the very worst for my hair. My hair is already very naturally dry and you can bet the sun and all the summer playing had really taken a toll on my hair. While I do my best to protect it by wearing a hat often and putting leave-in-conditioner in it, when I know I will be in the sun for long periods of times, over the hot sumer months, it has become apparent that my hair has certainly seen better days.
While a haircut is great way to start shedding some of the dry split ends, as well as breathe in some new life to your hair, sometimes we have to go a bit further, by actually repairing our hair.
I recently came across the Luxquisite Leave-In-Tensile Strengthener for hair. It’s essentially a leave-in-conditioner, designed to protect, smoothe, and detangle hair. It also gives it some much needed shine after a long summer that has no doubt left your hair dry and dull.
In fact, this awesome little hair strengthener contains moisturizing ingredients too, such as aloe extract. You can also find green tea extract to help protect hair from the sun and environment. What you won’t find in the Luxquisite Leave-in-Tensile, is those nasty parabens!
I got to try it out for the last few weeks and was immediately in love upon first use. I washed and conditioned my hair, then applied my leave-in-tensile before styling. I have really long, thick, wavy hair, and you can bet it gets tangly. I’m always looking for product to use immediately after washing to help detangle. I loved that this Leave-in-tensile worked amazingly for detangling my hair. I just sprayed it in, smoothed my fingers through my hair, and that was all it took! I also used it on dry hair when brushing out some horrible tangles one day and it worked wonders for helping my brush glide though my hair and work through the nasty knots!
I love that it’s an all in one product and I can use it for detangling as well as a heat protectant when using my flat iron or curling iron. The ingredients in this product increase the flexibility of the hair, which in turn decreases damage you normally get from styling your hair. It works hard to straighten and protect the hair!

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now and my hair has started to look a bit more healthier and shinier. Where I’ve really noticed the difference is how less tangly it’s been too! It works great for getting out the tangles and keeping them from happening in the first place! It’s super easy to use, and is great for applying to hair before you go out in the sun, to provide further protection.

I’ve loved using this product and will certainly continue to use it in the future. I love that it provides so many benefits to my hair and It makes me happy knowing I’m truly doing something healthy for it!

  1. I like that it’s a hair straightener. My hair has just a tiny bit of a wave and I hate to have to straighten it. I would rather use a product than a straightening iron.
