I’ve been hearing about Karina Dresses for years and have always kind of wondered what the big deal was all about. A dress is a dress, right?! Sure you have your better quality dresses, and often they will provide you with a better fit, but most of the same popular and classic styles you will find across the board, so I really started wondering what was so special about Karina!
When I checked out KarinaDresses.com, I immediately loved all the different styles they carry. They are classic shapes and fits made for women of any age, that can easily take you from work or a more casual weekend look, to dinner with friends in the evening! Karina Dresses are eco friendly, made right here in the USA, and designed to be easy for you to take care of once it’s hanging in your closet! No crazy dry cleaning with these dresses, all their dresses are washable, and can be drip dried, and get this… no ironing! I don’t know about you, but that sold me! I hate to iron, I mean.. HATE it! I’m also not a fan of expensive dry cleaning bills either, so Karina dresses sounded like they might be a perfect match for me!
One of my very favorite things about shopping on the Karina site, is that each dress will tell you which body type it will flatter! That’s like having a personal stylist for you, right there on the site! I loved that because I know a lot of us have a hard time buying dresses that will flatter our shape, especially when you’re doing it online! It’s hard enough in the store when you can try on a bunch of dresses!
I was immediately drawn to the Audrey dress, a pretty v neck, to the knee, fuchsia dress that works for triangle shapes, inverted triangles, ovals, hourglass, and rectangle shapes (me!). This dress pretty much flatters everyone!
When my dress arrived, I dived in and when I lifted it up, I noticed that it is noticeably heavier than a lot of dresses. Not a bad heavy, a heavy that meant it is a much higher quality dress, made of high quality material that will last you for years to come!
When I first tried on the Audrey, I loved how luxurious it felt. I’ve worn some really expensive dresses, and I’ve worn some really inexpensive dresses, and the Audrey Dress from Karina Dresses is right up there with some of the most expensive ones I’ve worn! (Although you won’t pay that for it!) I immediately loved how it felt on my skin. its super soft, and a thick jersey, so you can wear it comfortably all day long, and its great to pack for a trip too, since it won’t wrinkle!
Along with feeling incredibly luxurious, soft and comfortable, what matters the most? The Fit of course! The dress hung perfectly and you know how a lot of dresses make you feel a bit insecure, like they are clinging to and showing the world your biggest flaws! Well this dress does the complete opposite of that! Like most women, I get a little nervous about how my tummy looks in tight clothing, so I usually steer clear of tummy hugging dresses. The Audrey dress is an empire waist so it hits right at the tiniest part of your waist, which is ultimately what flatters every woman! I felt confident and beautiful in this dress, and what better feeling is there than that when looking for the perfect dress!
I fell in love with my Karina Dress immediately, and besides all of the positives about this wonderful brand, like I mentioned above- being made in the USA, it’s eco-friendly, and no ironing or dry cleaning, I was absolutely in love with how I looked and felt in the dress! And ultimately that is the main goal when shopping for the perfect dress!
Here I’ve styled my Audrey dress:
Pretty great dress right? I know this is a dress I will be wearing for years to come. Its uber-flattering, high quality, amazingly comfortable, good for the earth, and a classic that will always be in style!
