On a recent trip up the canyon to one of the most beautiful scenic views in Utah, I dressed warm and cozy, because I knew at the high 11,000 ft elevation of Snowbird Resort, I would, no-doubt, be feeling the cold, even with the sun out!

My boyfriend and I started our morning with a yummy breakfast at the Forklift restaurant, then made our way to the pavilion for some shopping. I’m dying to get some new skis!

While I decided between all of the fun adventures to be had even for the off-season at the ski resort, choosing what to wear was a no-brainer! I naturally went with my super cozy, incredibly soft HT New York Scoop Neck Sweater

which totally feels like the softest cashmere! This sweater is so incredibly cozy and the fabric feels so gentle and soft against the skin! I could live in this warm, chic sweater all winter long!

Quite the views, right?

My fabulous scoop neck sweater in gray kept me warm and cozy in the lower elevation and added a great layer of warmth when covered with a big oversized pink coat in the bitter 40-degree high-elevation weather. Pair with some super thick fingerless gloves, a cozy beanie to keep the head warm, and a scarf (optional) for an extra layer of warmth at the neck. Don’t forget warm boots and socks or sunglasses if the sun is out! That reflection of snow can be blinding!

This lovely sweater is a must-have for any cool-weather activities. It will work great when it comes time to finally break out the skis! I love that I don’t have to sacrifice style with this fabulous piece too! It looks as good on as it feels!
