Oklahoma City’s First-Ever Food Hall Becomes More than a Place to Eat

Hey, lovely! Going out to eat in large groups just became easier now that Oklahoma City has The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails located in the heart of Midtown.

OKC’s first-ever food hall is a restaurant hub for the city’s favorite bistros all under one roof. Open seven days a week.

The Collective features 11 kitchens, 40-foot bar including 32 rotational taps, 95-person rooftop patio with views of downtown, an outdoor dog-friendly patio seating and so much more.

“Our space is centered around the perfect socializing atmosphere with a large variety of food options for everyone to enjoy,” says the manager of TC Sarah Zubair. “The vibe truly matches the ambiance we’ve created.”

The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails opened in 2019 as a gathering place that reflects the culture and rise of Oklahoma City.

Voted the best patio in OKC Honor Awards, The Collective proudly hosts some of OKC’s best restaurants in the city. Some of their eateries include The Flying Pig BBQ-voted best BBQ in OKC and The Fried Taco-voted best food truck in 2019.

“We believe great BBQ starts with great meat, great rubs and spices, and smoking meat over real organically certified hardwood fires,” says David Greggs founder of The Flying Pig BBQ. “We know there’s some great Q out there and are humbled for being once again voted the Best BBQ in OKC.”

The Collective gives aspiring restaurant owners and caterers a head start in the food industry while supporting them through the tricky stages of development. The restaurant hub offers a unique dining experience that is classic and innovative while creating a network of opportunities for the vendors.

Guests of The food hall Collective will also find restaurants Press Waffle Co. Local Homa, Shaka OKC, Beth Lyons Black Cat, Café Delasie, Theo’s Doughnuts, and Okie Pokie OKC. Some would say it reminds them of a setting in “Sex in the City” that easily transitions for suburban dwellers. Whether looking for a place to kick back or to just have a night out in the town, The Collective engages every demographic in a trendy environment.

“Delicious is the first foundation of our business,” says Ruben & Kristal Pacheco founders of The Fried Taco. “We are really honored to be one of the inaugural kitchens inside of The Collective.”

The food hall Collective is located on the corner of NW 10th & N Harvey Avenue.
