Alright, so here’s how to use it:
You will actually choose the different lip plumper according to your natural lip size and shape. I had thin lips so I got the red lip plumper B. If you have a crease in the center of your lip you will use a different model. Each model can be used to increase the upper or lower lip separately too!
Pull the cute little apple lip pumper out of the box, and wash out with mild soap and water really good between each use and before your first time using it. You will also notice it comes with a clear elastic band you will also clean and then adhere to the plumper. This will help create the suction around your lips. There is a plastic piece in the plumper. Leave it there if you only want to increase your lower lip. You can move it to the bottom half if you only want to plump up your upper lip. Remove it completely if you want to plump both lips at the same time! When looking into the suction cup you will see the top half is still covered somewhat and had a picture of lips on it. This is to let you know this is where you stick the upper lip when using the suction cup on your lips, so that it doesn’t get as much plumping as the lower lip, for a more natural look.
Here are some useful tips for getting the most from your CandyLipz lip plumper:
- before your session, make sure you are hydrated. Avoid caffeinated beverages that day because caffeine prevents your lips from enlarging and causes the lips to deflate faster.
- Apply Vaseline or a good lip balm to the lips and around the mouth. Allow the Vaseline to soften the lips for a few minutes. Wipe it off before you start your plumping.
- Important: If you cannot get the plumper to stay on your lips, swallow some air while you plump.
Be sure to practice a few times before using too (You can practice on your thigh as well if that makes you feel more comfortable before moving onto the lips). It took me about 6 times to get the suction right and for it to finally grasp my lip and start the suctioning process. Once on, just leave for 2 minutes. When time is up, carefully remove it from your lips, and Voila! Here is what mine looked like after using my CandyLipz for the first time, for 2 minutes. I took this after picture right after!
Wow!! Pretty insane right?! That before and after says it all! I couldn’t believe what I saw when I removed my CandyLipz and those were the lipz staring back at me! I hardly recognized myself, even from these pictures here! I’ve never had full plump lips like this in my life and the results are so dramatic!
