I recently spent the Memorial Holiday Weekend in Vegas, and you can bet I had some tired eyes. The wand’s pulsating is incredibly relaxing and gives a nice little massage to the eye area. To use, simply apply the Swiss-Ultimate serum with your ring finger (it is the softest finger and best to use around the eyes so you’re not pulling and tugging on the skin) and dot it around the eyes. The syringe will dispense the perfect amount. Once applied, simply hold the wand to the skin and it will begin to pulse.
