We want to dedicate July to loving yourself! It is so important to take time out of your everyday life to practice self-care and self-love because at the end of the day its what’s inside you that creates the love!

1. Practicing good self-care. This could include healthy activities such as working out, going for a walk, yoga, proper eating and sleeping, and having healthy social interactions with friends and family. This is an easy step to incorporate in your everyday life and a step closer to self-love!
2. Understanding you make mistakes. We are humans and sometimes we mess up, but that doesn’t mean we have to beat ourselves up about it. No one is perfect! Turn your mistakes into lessons so you can grow and learn from them!
3. Find your purpose. Figure out what makes YOU happy and then act upon it! You will love yourself more when you see yourself achieving the goals you have set out.
4. Set boundaries for yourself. Learn to say no to activities or people that will cause you stress or emotional harm. Sometimes we feel as if we must please everyone, but that’s unrealistic. Participate in activities that make YOU happy!
5. Having an open mind. It’s very easy to get in the habit of having a negative mindset. Before creating a negative thought, maybe try having an open mind until you try whatever it may be! Who knows, you may end up loving whatever it is.
