Get the Most of Your Beauty Products: Petunia Skincare DermaRoller and Skincare Review

I love a good eye serum, especially this time of year. When I first started using my Petunia Skincare Revitalize Eye Serum, it immediately made my eyes look and feel more refreshed, and more awake!

The Revitalize eye serum contains sea kelp and hyaluronic acid to really give the eye area some fantastic moisture! You will also find Matrixyl 3000, natural active peptides, Vitamin C, and Ferulic Acid, which all work together to hydrate, firm, and plump up the skin! This eye cream works great for diminishing dark eye circles and reducing puffiness around the eyes. This formula works to repair and protect the delicate skin around the eyes, leaving you with younger, healthier looking eyes!

I absolutely loved using this eye cream. It is lightweight and quickly absorbed into the skin. I also found that it did a great job of reducing puffiness and dark circles after a few restless nights of sleep. I used this both day and night and found that over the last few weeks while using this product, my eyes look and feel much healthier, softer, and even my crows feet have seemed a little bit less noticeable. I love that I can draw attention to my eyes with my makeup again, not having to worry about my eyes looking tired or puffy, because my Petunia Skincare Eye Cream has made my eyes look so much more awake and alive!

As most of you know, Hyaluronic serum works great for giving the skin much needed moisture. It is one of the most moisturizing ingredients on the market! The Petunia Hyaluronic Acid serum also contains Vitamin C, so not only do you get a real punch of moisture when using this product, but it will also help fade sun spots, as well as protect your skin from the sun. It will also plump up the skin to minimize the appearance of those fine lines and wrinkles, leaving your skin looking more youthful. Not only that, but if you have dark circles under the eyes, this serum is fantastic for clearing that up too! You can also use this serum on varicose veins, stretch marks, or for even plumping up your lips!

I loved using this product and felt its moisturizing benefits right away. You only need a drop or two as it goes a long way. Pat into the skin after washing, before adding your day or night cream, and you will notice a difference right away!

I have super dry skin and live in a very dry climate, and with it being winter, you can bet the dry, cold air has wreaked some havoc on my skin! I found that this serum worked amazingly well for moisturizing those dry patchy areas on my skin. My face instantly felt smoother and softer after using this serum too. I felt like it really helped my skin retain its moisture effectively!

Lastly, I got to try the DermaRoller. I have absolutely loved using this handy little beauty tool. If you haven’t ever used a derma roller before, you may be surprised to hear what it actually is. The DermaRoller contains over 540 needles, that you roll over your skin to visibly improve the skin by lightening scars and sun spots, as well as minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Similar to what you would have done in a dermatologist’s office but for mere pennies compared to what you would pay to have it professionally done! This amazing tool will also help firm up sagging, bumpy, or dimply skin.

Thanks to the 540 needles on this tool, when rolling over your skin (I roll in four different directions, covering my entire face. For example I will roll vertically over my face. Then I will roll horizontally over my face, and then I will roll diagonally over my face) it will stimulate natural collagen and elastin production, giving you the appearance of more youthful skin. Using over your eye brows will also stimulate hair growth if like me, you’ve over-tweezed a bit in your youth and your brows are looking a bit sparse.

You can also use the derma roller on your body as well as your face. Use 2-3 times a week for maximum results.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, just about every other day. I absolutely love using my Petunia Skin DermaRoller. It’s super easy to use, only takes about 4-5 minutes, and works amazingly!

To use the Dermaroller, first wash your face, and then rinse your roller with hot water (clean with alcohol after about 3-4 uses). Then roll over your face. After rolling, apply your serums and moisturizers as normal.

For being a roller full of needles, you would think this tool would hurt or be uncomfortable but it’s not at all. I just noticed a little bit of sensation when rolling over my skin, but it was no big deal at all. I rolled in four different directions for a total of about 4 minutes, and that was it! I would then apply my serum, and here is where I noticed the biggest difference. I used a glycolic acid cream for the first week, and if you’ve ever used glycolic acid, you know it can tingle a bit for the first couple of uses until your skin gets used to it. When you use it after using this derma roller, its completely magnified. While still not uncomfortable it is a much more intense feeling than the normal glycolic acid treatment creates. I feel it every time when I use my Dermaroller, but hardly at all anymore if I don’t use the derma roller first.

You will also notice right away how much more product your skin needs after using the DermaRoller. This is because the needles open up the skin so its ready to receive more product. This is great, because it means you’re anti-aging and moisturizing products are going to work that much more efficiently on your skin (as I noticed with using my glycolic acid cream).

When I applied my hyaluronic serum after using the derma roller, I noticed it would take a few more drops, and my skin would be instantly dry, instead of feeling a little bit moist like normal. It doesn’t just stop at the serum either. When I applied my eye cream and my night cream, I noticed I had to use a bit more product and my skin instantly soaked up the product and was completely dry after seconds.

I love using the derma roller because I notice how well my skin absorbs my anti-aging ingredients and skincare products, so I know that my skin is really getting those added benefits and it’s absorbing more of those youthful ingredients, to give my skin a more youthful appearance, much faster and much more powerfully than using my creams on their own would.

After using this product for the last few weeks, as well as my Petunia Skincare eye cream and hyaluronic serum I have noticed my skin looks and feels so much more youthful. My sun spots are not as noticeable and my crows feet and smile lines also look less pronounced. My skin texture also feels amazing too. It is so much smoother and softer, especially after all of this great exfoliation thanks to my Dermaroller.
