Overte Hair Argan Story T2 Hair Review

As a lot of you already know from reading my blog, I have super over-processed, dry, frizzy, thick, wavy, super unhealthy hair. I’ve been beating it up for years including a 10 year bleaching stunt through high school and college. I am also really bad about getting regular trims, like really bad, so you can imagine the condition of my hair. Through the last few years I’ve really tried to be better to it, and use hot tools as infrequently as possible, as well as air dry my hair, only wash it a few times a week, and treat it with the best possible care I can, but my natural thick, frizzy hair just seems to look pretty unhealthy a lot of the time. I fell in love with Argan oil the last few years, because it really seems to moisturize my hair in a way no other products have been able to do, as well as cut down on frizz immensely. I love the immediate result it gives me, and how it seems to help lessen the tangles and make my hair feel softer and and really give me the much needed shine my dull hair craves.

Well I was super excited when I got my Overte Hair Argon Story T2 Soothing Shampoo, Soothing Treatment, and Argan Oil to try out! I was already sold by the name Argan Story, because I’m obsessed with Argon Oil already, but I’ve never tried a shampoo or soothing treatment that contained it, so I was super excited to give these awesome products a try!

When I first opened up the shampoo, I loved the mild, sweet scent. I loved how smoothly if felt on my scalp and how moisturizing it felt. The soothing treatment felt like a rich conditioner, and I loved how it glided through my hair and seemed to untangle my hair as well.

After washing and using my soothing treatment, I put on a heat protectant and blow dried my hair once it was already about 80% dry, and then straightened my hair with my flat iron (which I normally hate to do because you can see just how unhealthy my hair really is when its straight).

Pretty big difference right? My hair looks immediately more shinier, moisturized, and all around more healthy and smooth! Like I said, I’ve been using other Argan Oil Treatments for the last couple of years but noticed a bigger difference using the Overte Hair Argan Oil than with those other brands. I’ve used it on my non-wash hair days before putting my hair up in a bun for the night, and immediately noticed much shinier hair! I don’t know if it’s the fact that Overte Hair is natural and organic that is making the difference, or the fact that the shampoo and soothing treatment is designed to eliminate toxins from the hair, but I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how much healthier, shinier and more moisturized these amazing products are making my hair look!

You can also choose from the T1 line for volumizing hair, or the Nature Line to help repair hair that has been chemically treated, as well as the Herb Infusion Line, for all around healthier hair. In conclusion, It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to products for my hair because it is unfortunately not in the best condition. I have been a huge fan of Argan Oil for years but I feel like I’ve really found the top dog in Argan Oil with Overte Hair’s Argan Story products. I’ve noticed improvement with other Argan Oil treatments, but the difference with Overte Hair’s Argan Oil was much more prominent, as you can tell from the pictures! My hair feels softer, is less tangly, I’ve had NO frizz yet, which is AMAZING for me, especially this time of year in dry, windy, Wyoming weather,
and my hair just looks and feels more healthy! I will no doubt, continue using Overte Hair products, especially the Argan Oil. I absolutely love this line and love that it is also natural and organic, which is exactly what my over-processed hair needs right now!
