I’m sure I’m not the only one who when applying perfume in the morning, worries about going overboard and being that person that walks into the room, who EVERYONE in the room can smell!
I tend to take it easy on perfume for this very reason. Although you may smell good, no one wants to be that person! I always wonder if misting the perfume and walking into it is really enough though, so I still tend to apply it directly to my neck and wrists, but then start to worry of course, that I’ve gone overboard!

Pasteline is a wonderful new company that creates solid perfumes, which DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS, might I add. Pasteline combines both exotic and familiar scents in their 6 lovely solid perfumes. Pasteline solid perfumes are phthalate-free, alcohol-free, as well as paraben-free!
Pasteline perfumes are great to store in your bag and travel with because they won’t leak! They are the size of a chapstick, in fact, they look just like a lip balm! Apply it to your wrists and neck for maximum delight! (I also applied to my inner ankles).
Although the tubes are small, they will last you about 2-3 months and only set you back $16 each! They are super easy to carry with you where ever you go and re-apply without anyone even noticing you are putting on perfume!
I got to try out two of the lovely perfumes- Spun Sugar and San Clemente Sun. When I first got them I couldn’t wait to open them up and apply them. I quickly applied both, each to one wrist to compare the scents.
They go on nice and smooth, just like you would expect. It does not leave the skin feeling sticky and it’s not so thick or mushy that it slides around. It’s almost the exact consistency of your favorite chapstick, so you can probably imagine what it would be like to use, except it doesn’t leave anything behind but a lovely scent! You don’t need to rub it into your skin or anything, it glides right on and leaves no residue behind!
After using both scents for about a week, I was absolutely thrilled with my Pasteline Perfumes. I actually went out of town this last week and it was so easy to pack both of my solid perfumes with me and go! They didn’t leak in my luggage of course, and were so compact they took up hardly any room!
I felt so comfortable wearing my Pasteline solid perfumes because I knew no matter how often I re-applied or how much I applied, my scent would not ever be too much! I actually only applied maybe once or twice during the average day. The scent fades a bit but you can still smell it where you’ve applied it hours later.
Speaking of the scent, did I mention how much I loved them? They were both absolutely wonderful but the Spun Sugar was my very favorite! It smells so sweet and delicious. I love a scent that smells so good you want to eat it!
Overall, I loved using this solid perfume. I loved that I can pack it around with me and never have to worry about spills. Both scents were so fabulous and enticing, I’m dying to try out the rest of them! I loved that I never have to worry about applying too much but when that special someone does get close to you, trust me he will notice how lovely you smell!
