I can’t even begin to explain to you how important drinking my green juice each day is! I found about a year ago that when I start my day off with a healthy green juice made from fresh vegetables and fruit, it was the only thing that kept my stomach flat, and kept me feeling fabulous all day long! In fact, through a recent move I had to give up my green juices for awhile, and you know what? I could tell a difference! I missed them badly! I didn’t feel near as energetic!

I know what some of you may be thinking, how in the world can you drink that crap?! Well I’ll admit, when you make it yourself, often times It can certainly taste that way! Like crap! Muse (formerly known as Eden Juice) has genius-ly figured out how to make good for you healthy green juices (and other yummy flavors!) that will help you look your fittest while also making you feel amazing! And they taste good!! What I love is that it saves me all that time and energy I spent making my own juice each morning! I just pop one of my yummy and nutritious Muse Juices open and I’m good to go, even if I’m running out the house in a hurry!

I recently got to try out the Muse variety pack, and boy could it not have come at a better time, as I’ve been without my juicer for the last several weeks! It arrived, packed nicely with cold packs in it’s own cooler to keep it fresh and cool, I was completely amazed that Muse cares this much to make sure you get your products delivered incredibly fast and cold!

Over the last several days, I’ve been enjoying these delicious and nutritious vegetable and fruit juices each day! I can’t even begin to explain how good these things are! I haven’t missed my juicer at all since these good-for-me drinks showed up and I may never use it again either! These superb Muse drinks are all made in their purest form, with low oxidation, while still keeping their highest nutrition content. The fibrous material is removed from each fruit and vegetable (and composted!) and the rest is cold pressed and packed with insane amounts of vitamins and minerals that are going to leave you feeling incredibly good! Muse mixes the right fruits and veggies together in each drink to make the drink super yummy too!

I couldn’t even tell you which of these 6 flavors was my favorite, they are all so good! But I guess If I had to choose one, it would probably be the Chia juice, which contains red apple, orange, pineapple, strawberry, lime, and coconut (probably all of my very favorite fruits out there!) and of course, chia seeds! I love my chia seeds and add them to smoothies, salads, and soups almost daily! they are such a great source of protein, fiber, and omegas, I absolutely LOVE that Muse put them in a drink! They are also really yummy if you’ve never had them! They have kind of a mild, nutty, sweet flavor.

This particular juice as you imagine, is really sweet, but still loaded with lots of vitamins and nutrients, like all Muse juices are! It tastes more like a sweet beverage than a good-for-your fruit and vegetable juice! This drink and all the other yummy 5 flavors I got to test out from Muse, totally knock the socks off my homemade juices! These drinks are easy for anyone to drink, even if you can’t stand the thought of eating (or DRINKING!) vegetables!
