I’ve used Polyvore for creating sets for a few years now but I’ve never thought to shop through the site and I have no idea why because its makes shopping soooo much easier.
For example, I knew I wanted some floral jeans so I put floral jeans In the Polyvore.com search bar and it brought up pages of them, all listed by seller and price. In two seconds flat, I picked out the exact floral jeans I wanted and quickly learned I could buy them from Missguidedco.uk for $45. I decided to shop around though google and could only find designer floral jeans that I don’t really want to pay $200, considering they are incredibly trendy right now, and truthfully I probably won’t be wearing them come next year.
Next, I wanted a striped red shirt to go with my floral jeans- Polyvore found the exact shirt I wanted in two seconds as well! Now I have an outfit that only took me about 5 minutes to purchase!
If you want something specific next time you shop, try Polyvore.com You’ll save yourself so much time and hassle! What a god send! AND you can put an outfit together right there on the site to see if you like the way it looks together, and share it with friends to get their opinions! I found this feature extremely helpful, especially for mixing prints! Polyvore is also a really great way to find new brands, designers, and boutiques you have never heard of. I love finding new places to shop so I’ve really enjoyed this feature as well!
