I’m certainly not new to the idea of the foldable flat. They are absolutely genius and an absolute must-have for any woman who regularly wears heels!
I know if you’re following my blog, there’s probably a good chance you are a fashionista, and also another very good chance that you often wear super beautiful, yet super uncomfortable heels, probably on a regular basis!
Any woman who wears heels often knows the pain associated with looking chic. I know I’ve been caught one too many times walking much further in heels than I expected, or realizing after an hour or two that my heels are still not broken in and are really digging into my feet! As you can imagine, when I found out about Foldable Flats, I was all over them!

If you don’t know about Foldable Flats, then please continue reading! These lovely little flats roll up into their own cute little bag that you store away in your purse when you’re out and about. They are the perfect emergency shoe for those uncomfortable, painful heel moments. Trust me, you will wonder how you’ve ever lived without them! These fabulous little flats have saved my feet dozens of times!
While I’ve tried out several brands of foldable flats over the last few years, I was super excited to try out Fancy Foldable Flats by Fancy Shoe Land. These flats are different and far superior to other foldable flats I have tried in the past (although you won’t pay any more for them, in fact they’re actually less than other brands!) and let me tell you why.
Most foldable flats arrive all rolled up. This is great for storing but when you pull them out and wear them, they curl up at the toes, making it look not near as cute and totally making it obvious that you’re wearing them. Plus, they tend to not be as comfortable on the toes this way, because the shoe is forcing them to curl up into the shoe. Not only that, but they often dig into your heels a bit where the elastic is pulled tightly around the flat.
Fancy Foldable Flats are the first brand of rollable flats I’ve come across that are not rolled. They lay flat. So when you put them on, they look like normal super cute ballet flats. The elastic also does not dig into the heel at all because of this, and I found these flats incredibly comfortable for wearing and absolutely chic to wear for a day out and not just for heel emergencies! Although these flats lay flat, they are super pliable and incredibly easy to fold in half and store away in your bag. I’ve noticed with many rollable flats, some of them are a total pain to roll back up to fit into the bag they come with, but you won’t find that problem with Fancy Foldable Flats!
Also, a lot of rollable flats have absolutely no cushioning in the sole. They’re fine when you’ve been wearing painful heels all day and just want to give your back and the heels of your feet some relief, but they aren’t shoes you would just slip on to wear for the day. With fancy Foldable Flats, you get a nice rubber heel, so you can do just that! I put mine on here and wore them around on a Sunday to do some shopping and running errands, and they were comfortable all day! The rubber heel in these flats also grips so you don’t have to worry about sliding on smooth surfaces which you will also find as a problem with a lot of other rollable flat brands.

By looking at them, you would have no idea they are foldable flats, right? Most foldable flats give that away because you can see where they curl up in the toes from being rolled up, but not these flats!

I love the style of these flats and the lovely smooth texture of the flat. They look super chic and perfectly dressy for wearing with your favorite party dress if you rather forgo the uncomfortable heels for the night.
