I actually got to try these supplements out for the last month and have been absolutely thrilled with them. As I’ve said before, I love taking a probiotic with meals, because if you tend to eat unhealthy meals here and there, you will notice a dramatic difference in how probiotics make you feel! For example, If I eat a lot of cheesy or super buttery foods, I notice I get bloated right away. Fast food will make me super gassy too. I know. not fun. This can be a total lifesaver especially for someone like my husband who lives on the road and unfortunately has to eat way too much fast food (and he already suffers from lactose intolerance – poor guy!)
