This isn’t the first time I’ve written about Garcinia Cambogia, and that’s simply because it works! If you haven’t tried it yet, you will truly be amazed and how effective it actually is!
Garcinia Cambogia is actually a healthy, and delicious fruit derived from Indonesia (also knows as Tamarind). The fruit itself is rich in calcium, iron, thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, and phosphorus. The rind of the fruit contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which contains components that have been shown to suppress the appetite as well as prevent the body from storing fat. It has also been shown to raise “feel good” serotonin levels in the brain. Which if you know anything about the brain, this is a chemical naturally released in the brain that makes you happy. A lot of anti-depressants work to raise the serotonin in the brain. Say goodbye to emotional eating!

I had been taking Garcinia Camobogia for awhile and took a break. When I got my Food and Life Garcinia Cambogia supplements a few weeks ago, I started taking them again right away (2 pills a day, first thing in the morning with an 8 oz glass of water, 20-30 minutes before eating) and on the first day I noticed a substantial difference in my appetite. This supplement contains 80% HCA, (which is one of the highest on the market) so you know you’re going to get maximum results while using it.
I normally eat three meals plus 2 snacks a day. While taking the Life and Food Garcinia Cambogia supplements, I completely eliminated my two snacks for the day, as well as ate a much later lunch. I would eat my protein smoothie and juice in the morning (which is what I normally eat) and would stay full all morning until about 2 or 2:30 pm in the afternoon!
I’ve heard from others that you need to be sure to workout while using your Garcinia Cambogia. I’ve noticed this myself lately. On days I don’t work out, I feel like I don’t feel the effects as much and my weight doesn’t’ decrease either. When using this supplement, its probably best to get your daily workout in to get the maximum results. Even if you can just get out to take the dog for a walk around the neighborhood, something is better than nothing! If I know I won’t have time for a workout that day, I actually won’t worry about taking my Garcinia Cambogia that day.
I’ve been using the supplement for a few weeks now, and while my weight tends to fluctuate quite a bit anyway, especially when I go on vacation, which I did twice while taking this supplement, my weight has gone up and down, but on days I take the pill and workout, I notice a much bigger difference in how much less I eat, and see my weight dip a bit too.
Like everything that has to do with weight loss, it’s no magic pill. You still have to eat right, keep portions in check, and workout regularly. But if you’re doing these things while taking this supplement, you most likely will see a difference in your weight and see yourself drop a pant size or two over time!
I’m a big fan of Garcinia Cambogia and will continue using it regularly. I’ve see myself successfully lose weight while using it correctly (in combination with eating right and working out). It’s a fantastic little supplement to help you shed those last few unwanted pounds, especially if you’ve hit a plateau in your weight loss. If you are just starting out on your weight loss journey, this supplement can also be extremely helpful in helping you regulate what you’re eating, as well as helping you to naturally eat less, and eliminate a lot of emotional eating, thanks to it’s natural serotonin-inducing properties.
Also if you’ve tried “diet pills” before, you know that most of them are ineffective and a lot of them will just end up giving you the jitters. You absolutely won’t get the jitters with this product, and you will be amazed at just how effective it can actually be!
